I have been having this really weird and annoying problem with my Minecraft Texture-Pack. I have downloaded Dokucraft 1.8 and the bricks in it have portals and fire in them, and another weird thing is, the water seems to say "use the patcher noob", what does that mean?
I really want this to be fixed really soon, because Dokucraft is such a cool Texture-Pack.
Please tell me how I can fix this.

I have the exact same problem with Dokucraft, I really wanted to download it because of Yogscast and I got it to work and… it had ******* fire and portals in the left hand corner of the block. The same problem occurred to me with installing HD texture packs. Sorry for not having the answer to the question, just letting you know other people have the same problem.

Go with Option A; just swap cards with option B.

definately option B. since its a gaming rig you can overclock the i7 930. if your not sure what that means, buy an asus 990 motherboard, they have an AI tweaker than auto overclocks the cpu for you **safely** the intelcore i7-2600k is serious overkill. I DO NOT recommend getting it because you dont need it! I can tell. you would be spending more than $300 for the cpu. its seriously overkill, however, if money is not a issue for you, go for it, nothing can match it performance wise except http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115079, but thats just stupid. id also recommend only 4 Gb of memory. option B is the smarter choice in that you have a more powerful GPU which is what gaming is all about
